Alli began her career in title and escrow in Southern Oregon long before she met Ticor Title. Working her way into understanding the ropes of residential escrow and real estate, she discovered that she craved the vibrancy of a growing city and headed North to Portland.
In 2001, Alli joined the Ticor Title Commercial Division, immediately assisting one of the most well-known and respected commercial closers in the area. Here she was able to polish her skills in escrow while educating herself on commercial real estate alongside the industry’s best. After four years of building her knowledge level and learning the intricacies of a commercial transaction, she was promoted to a Commercial Escrow Officer, where she quickly earned recognition as a top producer for the company.
Throughout the last decade, Alli has become proficient in her craft, guiding clients easily through the harrowing world that can sometimes be title and escrow. She has become highly-skilled in various transactions including industrial, multi-family, office sales and financing, multi-state, financing portfolios, timber transactions, including both real property and timber only, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, tenancy in common transactions, SBA financing transactions and property swaps. Specific transactions of note include a Southern California apartment portfolio sale in excess of $150M in liability, a multi-state $100M commercial financing portfolio, a $60M property portfolio sale consisting of three buildings in downtown Portland, a $92M office portfolio sale in downtown Portland, $70M construction loan with mezzanine financing, and a $118M construction financing project which helped to mark the beginning of the end of the Great Recession in Portland. Alli’s expertise extends beyond the Oregon border, having frequently worked in states including California, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho and Colorado.
Alli brings a higher level of professionalism and knowledge to the industry, enabling her to take on the most complex real estate transaction and successfully close it to the satisfaction of all parties involved. She is a loyal and integral part of the commercial team. The value she adds can easily be gained by spending only a few moments in her company. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding and filling in any free time with her spirited toddler Heleyna, husband Damon and pups Lola & Willie.
